How has Brand Name achieved this low carbon result?

Our achievement of this impressive ‘Very Low’ carbon footprint rating stems from our two-pronged approach: a concerted effort to reduce carbon emissions firstly at the farm level, and secondly at the operational level. Through active involvement within our farm-to-factory supply chain segment, we unearthed a compelling solution. By cutting 10% of meat from our menu offering, we’ve transitioned a significant portion of our recipes from ‘Medium’ to ‘Very Low’ carbon footprint ratings.

We replaced 10% of our meat-based products with wholesome and nutritious plant-based alternatives. This shift highlights our commitment to sustainability, and allows us to introduce our customers to really tasty dishes, rich in plant protein, cultivated through more sustainable practices.
